I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing with the "The Final Shape" expansion and the annual pass for Destiny 2.
Recently, I purchased the "The Final Shape" expansion with the annual pass on my main PlayStation account. However, when using another account on the same console, it shows that I have the expansion, but not the annual pass.
Specifically, I received all the pre-order rewards, and in the game, I can see that I have chapters 1, 2, and 3 and that i have the Final shape DLC , but the annual pass appears to be locked. This issue is affecting my gaming experience, and I hope you can assist me in resolving it.

annual passes are in-game purchases and can't be game shared. they're bound to the account that made the purchase.
