I just got a REFUND, best way to complain!

Yes, I just gor a refund despite having played over 2 hours of Final Shape, on Epic Games Store. Just talked to a guy in the chat through the store and they gave me the refund with NO QUESTIONS. This is the best way of fighting back. MONEY SPEAKS. So let it talk for you. I encourage everyone who is pissed to do the same. Of course I will buy it again, but ONLY once the servers are back to normal. That could take days for what we are seeing. Until then, Bungie is not gonna see my money. Wanna complain about the servers? THEY WON't LISTEN TO YOU. They'll only give excuses and that's it. But you should not swallow that answer. Twist them where it hurts: get a refund and come back once they actually listen to the backlash.

Sorry, not sorry, but people who pre-order or jump to buy at the last minute are the actual problem because they are blindly buying. It's giving developers like this one the okay to sell a broken product with false promises to fix it later. It's 2024 and there are way too many people that blindly buy.

      • No, its the best way to kill a franchise, Helldivers 2 players review bombed to get there way, game lost all its hype and momentum, because normal people saw that mostly negative score and steared clear of it Bungie isn't dumb, they know how much we hate server errors , your little revolution won't do a thing, won't even be noticed, a single rain drop in the ocean

      • I love the simps in these threads upset that a consumer would be upset when they purchase a product from a company that doesn’t work as intended. I bet these same people get super hot when they find out a close friend turned in a lemon to the car dealer. 😂

        • I just commented on another post on how seemingly it’s as if “Bungie just took the preorder money and ran” and that post was removed. Like wth? Way to block our First Amendment Rights. My lawyer is getting some good material.

              I'm gonna do down with the ship. I already spent a lot of time and money on d2 from day one. So what's one more dlc before I let this game go. Plus, despite the bad direction, bungie keeps taking us. It's the guns and gameplay I really like Edit: and to me that's enough yo come back and play from time to time

              • I'm used to day 1 issues. Quite a few games have similar to destiny so refunding really is stupid
