I am on the Xbox platform The Dissent mission and the Refuge of Wishes area are extremely chance-based to load into. With Refuge being sometimes being able to load into from the Director, and not having ever loaded Dissent in the past 30 minutes The only 2 causes I can think of for this is 1: Server-side issues 2: I joined the Liminality strike as soon as it was completed, and it bugged out the area(?) Edited: fixed by choosing normal difficulty then loading into legendary
