Add option to hide titles and guardian ranks

Please add option in the menu to hide everyones titles and guardian ranks. I feel those are useless and serve only as a distraction.

I sometimes wish there was an option to hide user names all together , without sacrificing the entire UI so I can pretend I'm playing a single player game
