I have returned to the game after a year long break, only to find that the cinematic cutscenes are stuttering terribly and FPS drops to about 7-9, plus audio is stuttering. This is the same PC I have logged 1500+ hours on, but have made some upgrades. New Monitor - 49" Ultrawide New GPU - 4090 Upgraded to Windows 11 Otherwise everything is the same Ryzen 3900x RAM: 32 GB DDR4 Storage NVMe I am not noticing any processes hogging CPU, GPU or Mem while the stuttering occurs and FPS in game is fine. If anyone has any insight I would be very appreciative. I have already updated NVIDIA drivers and restored defaults in NVIDIA Control Panel. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Kind of at a loss. TIA
