Pre-order Canceled?!
I preordered the 100 dollar edition of final shape on my xbox series X and was billed for it recently but today when hoping on it says my preorder was canceled and to contact support im doing what i cab to contact you but your website is extremely confusing I'm NOT paying for it a second time i can't afford to shell out another 100 so please please HELP!!!!

3 RepliesHey there, Thank you for reporting, The final shape got delayed, this is why the pre-orders were canceled. You will have to work with Xbox if your order was canceled and it still got charged.

When I logged in today after reset I had a notification about my pre-order was cancelled too. I hope it’s just a generic notification from Bungie because this was cleared from my account last week or 10 days ago. The Final Shape with Season Pass already shows owned on my Xbox. Please tell me that I won’t have any problems playing the game because the delay was not my problem. And my payment was already cleared with Microsoft. And also, the Lorentz Driver quest catalyst has been stuck for more than 3 years and still don’t have the catalyst. Idk what else to do. This is all for now. Thank you for your time and I look forward to this season.
