Parental Controls do not Work
@BungieHelp Can we get an acknowledgement or something that Parental controls are being looked into? I have tried unchecking and saving and checking the Allow Text Chat multiple times and still cannot enable it in game. Accounts are correctly linked between my account and my child's account but not having text chat commands makes it very hard to do things.

So far nothing but crickets from bungie. And no way to contact them other then these forums which is kind of lame. Even if it was slow to get traction I would prefer a ticket system as the forums just let things get lost.

1 ReplyI am having the same issue. Permissions in destiny 2 are locked for voice chat and text. I used parental controls to allow but still locked. What is the answer?
