Final Shape Preorder Rewards

I really need help. Im having issues with the Final Shape+ Annual Pass preorder. It's a very strange and complicated situation so please bare with me. Back in August 2023 I preorder the Final Shape Collectors Edition for Xbox via the Bungie Store. After preorder and waiting a few weeks/month, I wasn't seeing my rewards appear in game. After speaking with Bungie, my bf explained that I needed to purchase the digital content on my gaming platform rather than through the Bungie store. I went ahead and purchased the Final Shape + Annual Pass on my Xbox via the Eververse store earlier this year or in December. After THAT purchase, I recieved the emblem, emote, ghost shell and the Tessellation exotic with the ornaments. I also verified in the Eververse store that it said "Owned" for Final Shape. Life was good, everything was fine. Until Now. I saw that a Pyramid Ship is rewarded after preordering, But i NEVER got a Pyramid Ship, which is strange. I thought Bungie changed the preorder rewards, but they are all the same still. I looked around my collections and with vendors to see if i still haven't claimed it, but it is nowhere. I currently have the Paracasual emblem, the Ghost shell, the "Ponders Finality" Emote and Tessellation with ornaments. I decided the check Eververse just to make sure it still said I Owned Final Shape. To my dismay, the "Owned" is no longer there, but i have all the other preorder rewards. Im very confused and very worried as the release is happening soon. Ive spent $400 now on this DLC and don't know what to do. (It is worth noting that the code that came with the collectors edition i gifted to a close friend. I already bought the Annual Pass on my xbox so the code was extra and I couldn't use it anyways. I didn't expect this mishap) Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED. If i have to purchase the Annual for 3rd time, I'll be crushed but will do what I must.

    Hey there. When the delay to Final Shape was announced, XBox and PSN (specifically) cancelled most preorders. That's due to how they generally don't take the payment until a certain amount of days before release, and so if a delay is announced, they cancel the preorder so you can confirm the new payment date by reordering. Note that the cancellation won't remove the previously claimed bonuses from your account. First, check your XBox Live purchase history, as well as your bank statements, etc. You should find out if XBox Live actually DID charge you for the expansion. If they did, then you should then look to see if they refunded you on cancellation. If they did not, that's something you'd need to take up with them. If they did refund you, or they didn't take the money in the first place, then that's just business as normal for XBox Live when it comes to game delays (Stalker 2, Hogwarts Legacy). You lost nothing and yeah you'd need to place the preorder again.
