Cross Save Issues

I accidentally had my cross save connected to the incorrect Steam account, I just purchased Beyond Light and I can’t even play it on my characters. Now I can’t even connect a different Xbox account because it won’t allow me to change the Xbox account linked to my cross save. Is there no exception to the 90 day wait rule? For context I used to play on PC, but now I’m on Xbox, I had to sell my computer. But because of this 90 day wait period I can’t even play with my characters. Also why doesn’t Bungie have a way for us to contact them over these kinds of issues? Why do I have to @ them on twitter and post on a public forum??

[/quote] They don't have it because there were only 2 occasions that they got involved - at the very beginning when Cross-Save was first introduced and in a very limited number of cases during the weeks prior to Stadia shutting down. Outside of those 2 situations, zero exceptions are being made so its pointless to have a contact form for it because they wont get involved.
