Darkness in the Light quest is not working
I have been trying to get Malfeasance for weeks now but I am not getting any progress on step 2, kill 25 taken bosses or minibosses. I have tried the blind well, strikes, defiant missions, onslaught, you name it. I do not own the forsaken pack but I believe this was an exotic quest bungie ended up giving to everyone regardless if they owned it or not. It was years ago when I got this quest when I quit playing but with this month having 3 expansions free I decided to come back and have been really enjoying myself. But the fact I can't finish this quest is driving me mad.
I have tried abandoning it and getting it again, restarting the game, running lost sectors like I've seen others do. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, or if this whole quest is just bugged.

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out! Even with Darkness in the Light unlocked, the Forsaken Pack is indeed required to progress through the quest and earn Malfeasance.

Some people still ended up with the quest though (some steps will progress without Forsaken Pack) but it does require the Forsaken Pack to complete it.
