I really wished the Buffed Frostpulse. Iceflare Bolts were fine as is, but the weakest Aspect, Frostpulse, was in no way buffed or changed. You need hyper specific builds to actively use it, as otherwise, it’s an active hindrance to you to use, as most of the time, you don’t use Rifts offensively. (Even empowering rifts are defensively made, as you place them partially behind cover, or some sort of wall to protect you and get the damage buff) With Frostpulse, outside of PvP, you have to use it offensively.
