Trials access
Hey Guardians,
my mate is new to D2 and we wanted to play a few matches trials. When i want to start a game, it shows he has no access. He cant see any passes for trials..
Then i wanted to start Comp mode, but it says talk to shaxx and again nothing happens
Can anyone tell us what we can do?
He owns lightfall and has powerlevel 1810

Hi there, Thanks for reporting. Would you be able to provide a video of the individual being locked out of Trials? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best.
