Friend can’t use comms because of parental controls
My friend is unable to use the in game voice chat and text chat because the game thinks he’s underage. We’ve tried everything, even making me his verified adult guardian and I “enabled” his chat privileges, but that still did nothing as of now and he’s unable to access any parental controls by himself.
Bungie, fix whatever this system is by giving him a way to somehow verify he is an adult that doesn’t require him to send a ticket that could take a month to get a reply. The fact that this happened out of nowhere with no ways to resolve it himself immediately is quite concerning.
Hopefully we’re able to fix this soon.

Once ticket proving their age would've fixed this.
