In my opinion, the overall difficulty of legend Zero Hour is fine. It's pretty hard, and will take some study, build-crafting, and strategy to beat. So long as Bungie is OK with a low completion rate. If Bungie wanted a higher completion rate, then they certainly miscalibrated hehe
HOWEVER, the one problem I have with it is the aggressiveness and glitchy damage from the lasers/missiles during the final boss phase. In other game modes, the targeting lasers that precede the missile barrage do no damage themselves. Normally you can stand in the targeting laser for a few seconds to get some shots off or whatever before moving. But in Zero Hour, I find that if I stand in the targeting beam for more than a second or two, I take a ton of damage and often die.
1) This is jarring because it's different from the rest of the game
2) The targeting happens A LOT. Since I can't stand still at all in the beam without risking a death, I end up constantly on the move. It's no fun to be constantly moving just to stay alive, when I'd much rather be slaying the enemies of the traveler who are shooting at me.
In my opinion:
- Eliminate the damage from the targeting lasers
OR
- Reduce the targeting laser frequency
Also it feels unfair that you have these orbital attacks completely ignoring any roof/ceiling cover. I mean, I can sort-of live with this, because maybe it'd be too easy to hang out in the hangar and just plink with Polaris Lance, without something pushing you around. But, it breaks immersion and diminishes my esteem of the game design, when orbital attacks just ignore cover.

This the only post that highlights the only problem with zero hour the lazers are a bit buggy other then that the missions great It feels like the flame throwers from helldivers 2 recently where they shoot over your head then you just get evaporated
