NAT problem

Hello, I'm experiencing problems in game: matchmaking isn't working and social spaces are empty... When I try to join a fireteam, I receive the following message: you have a moderate type NAT that may cause the problem. I've contacted my internet provider (i'm in a student accomodation so the wifi is a shared network) and it gives me an IP adress for bungie to unlock... Can I give it there ? Thanks for your response !
