I wanna start off by saying I think the map is cool and definitely fun to pvp on someplace new. But I’m noticing something about Dissonance that I haven’t experienced on the other maps yet. The map is BRUTAL when teams are grossly misbalanced. I’m a decently strong player. I often get lobby balanced so I’m used to it and am still able to play well despite it. But Dissonance feels near impossible to play on when teams are unbalanced. It feels like no matter where you’re trying to move to on the map, somebody always seems to still be able to hit you. And for respawn modes, the spawns seem really strange and it’s easy to get stuck if your teammates get picked off. And once a team gets rolling, I found that you’re nearly always fighting 1v3s til the rest of the game. Still having fun on it. It’s just capable of a wilder experience compared to Cirrus and Eventide. Really curious to see how Trials will play on it.
