Rewind rounds on heavy nerf ?
Has the perk been changed on heavy ?
I don't remember it mentioning reserves
Pretty sure it said refunded ammo on the amount of hits into magazine when magazine is empty not reserves🤔

The only perks that outright refund (not 'refill') ammo are Triple Tap Fourth times the charm Deconstruct Discord Relentless strikes Tireless blade
