Previous seasons pass exploit
There is an exploit which you can obtain all the items from the previous 4 seasons, BUT my question is, is taking advantage of that bannable? In other words, if you claim the premium pass items from previous seasons even if you have not paid for those seasons, could they ban you?
Please preferably if a direct developer could respond to me.

Officially they only support one season back but leave API access open for previous, semi-recently they blocked access to pre Risen seasons. No bans have ever been issues for this and if they had a problem with it they already have a way to disable it.
