Heal Clip not rolling with certain other perks
So I've been farming for a decent roll on lunas howl, which I've gotten several, but none have dropped with heal clip and incandescent. I'm curious is there a lower percentage of these two rolling together? I couldn't get midnight coup to roll firefly one for all either and farmed at least a 100. Is there some secret low percentage modifier in place?

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 5/7/2024 7:29:23 PMThis is the one that is eluding me as well. Seen slideshot/incandescent at least like 7 times and heal clip/harmony almost as many. I can’t be convinced perks aren’t weighted or that there are pairings that are intentionally made rare.
