Citan's Ramparts buff
I completely understand why it was nerfed into the ground for PvP, but it could easily become a solid PvE exotic with just a couple small changes. Make it so that you and your allies deal increased damage to PvE combatants when shooting through it, and kills on combatants refund a certain amount of Barricade energy. Also bump up its pitiful combatant damage resistance a little, and then we're golden.

Yup. Stinks when some of the coolest ornaments are stuck on a nerfed exotic.

1 ReplyBungie guts anything that Titan has. They just immediately overnerf it into nothing. And I’m a Hunter main. But when it comes to Hunter, you’ve got the stupidest most toxic garbage like Decoy, and Bungie is just barely trying to move the needle.
