Tusk of the Boar Needs better perk combos to drop
So over the past two Iron Banner weeks I've focused just about every engram I've gotten from Saladhands, and not a single one has rolled with Envious Assassin and Chain Reaction.
Is Bungie purposefully limiting the changes of this perk combo to drop? Because if not it needs to be looked at reeeeeeal quick. Because this feels terrible.

Chain is being nerfed so I wouldn't worry about that perk.
