I get wanting to get the best for whatever you are trying to achieve. But to sit out an entire 6 person team because you didn't want to invite them because you thought they wouldn't be good. The fact that we want to help should speak more volumes, especially when those that want to have the experience and level to do so. So, to Bungie, good job on the fireteam finder. To my fellow guardians, mainly those who view themselves as elite, we should help each other, not be snobs.

Fireteam finder was a great idea but the community failed it. From people who don't read posts to people wanting S class teams all the time. Made my own post once. No mic when saying mic required. Its a bit like the guided games. Where it failed also due to the community being up their own -blam!- so much. Wishing literal carries without a mic, holding teams hostage via oathkeeper score. The reason I stick to xbox integrated lfg as well, that and bungie wants us to use fireteam chat but it was disabled yesterday for me🤦♂️. Party chat and discord were the only options
