[Bug] Season of the witch 1st mission replaced by Placeholder type
Heya, i'm a new player that's been going through the lightfall seasonal content, just finished season of the deep and for season of the witch i am supposed to start a mission from H.E.L.M, but instead of the mission i just have a circle and when hovering it "Placeholder type" appears. Been looking on the net and can't find any way to launch the introduction to the season, or anyone else with the same problem.

Can hardly believe it but the bug is still present even after the maintenance. "Way of the witch" is still not here and just Placeholder Type is there. And clearly i'm not the only one with the problem.

1 ReplyHey there, Thank you for reporting. Please follow these steps to see if it fixes your issue. 1. To begin Season of the Witch: Complete the "Way of the Witch" mission located in the H.E.L.M. 2. After completing the intro, you have to play Savathun's Spire. The same node you used to play the intro mission will update to Spire. There are no visual changes, only text. 3. After completing Spire, you have to go back to the HELM, go to the portal area (still not opened), step in the center of the room to interact with it, and that will open the portal. 4. Once through, you have to go to the Lectern, but you're unable to Accept the text that says "Accept." You have to back out of it then claim the Legacy Artifact from the Lectern's inventory. Doing this will then start the weekly quest.

Edited by Hex-66: 5/7/2024 8:19:12 AMImmediately after posting my last comment, I went to character select, selected my Titan and went to see if he can do it, same issue as Warlock so I switched back to her to just do other stuff and it was suddenly available. I don't know why. I did pick up a season of the witch quest that I abandoned with my Hunter from that atm and maybe that helped it spawn properly when I logged back in.

Hoping to get that Victorian style armor for my Warlock before The Final Shape and having the same issue. Hunter can do it no problem and I tried retracing my Hunters steps with my Warlock (finishing new light, completing other seasonal stuff, etc.) and nothing.
