Savathun's Spire cannot be launched
I have the mission step to launch savathuns spire, i go to the tracked icon and it wont let me click and it says Placeholder Type instead. So i just cant play season of the witch now?
When i got in a team with fireteam finder it couldn't be launched and said ' Destiny 2: season 22 is required'.... i have all the seasons and have played the 2nd mission already as well as alters of summoning.

I have the exact same issue as well. I have done the season of the witch campaign no problem on my hunter but when I tried to on my titan, it wouldn't let me launch the starting mission. It was only until I asked a friend of mine to start the mission in order for me to get the mission. On top of that when I got to the part in which I needed to do the Savathun's Spire, I am greeted with the Savathun's Spire is replaced with the Placeholder Type icon instead. I tried to launch it through a friend but it tells him that Destiny 2: Season 22 is required. I have all the seasons and annual passes as well.
