I recently finished the campaign to get the Wish-Keeper bow and it came without penetrating vision, when I hover the mouse over it it says that I can apply penetrating vision but even though I have the item the option to place it does not appear (usually the icon it's red but then it appears grey) I can't make the mold in the forge of Mars, I can't apply penetrating vision to continue Season's journeys and my friend who also made it with me came with the normal bow like many videos I see out there, I would like to know what I can do and how can I solve this, I'm kinda lost.
