Creator Program Page Bugged
I have been trying to apply for the Creator program for months since the reveal of Final Shape and still, there is no option to apply for the Creator program.
Even the website seems bugged.
Every time I try to apply it just scroll my screen to the top

That likely means the program has been closed for the current time. It's not bugged, the link has just been disabled and replaced with what is called an 'anchor link'.
