Shattered throne bugged chest
The secret chest directly after vorgeth, the one that requires a tincture to get to, is no longer dropping legendary gear. Prior to season of the wish, this chest did indeed provide legendary gear. I assume it has something to do with the loot refresh in the dreaming city.
