My friend cannot receive Clan Invites after making sure his Clan Invites are open. For the last 2 days my friend has not been able to join my clan. We are returning to Destiny 2 after taking a couple years off and aren't sure what the issue is. I've tried inviting him on my phone, computer, and console. We've tried restarting the game as well and we haven't been able to find a solution. When his invites are closed I'm not able to send him an invite at all but when they are open I get a message on screen telling me the invite failed.
