I assume you're talking about Consecration? To activate it, you need to melee while you are sliding. This will lift you into the air and send foward a wave of fire that scorches targets. After you've been lifted into the air, press melee again to do the slam. This will send forward another fire wave but this time it will ignite any scorched targets it hits. Hope this helps
