What exactly is the issue?
If you forgot the log in credentials or don’t know them then you will need to work with your system platform support to resolve the issue.
If you are encountering a 90 day cool down then that is a security feature and cannot be bypassed.

It’s a cool down because my son uses my account and was un aware he got silver 2 months ago . It says if you deactivated it you have to wait absolutely no exceptions. But when it comes to silver it doesn’t .. it doesn’t say no exceptions so I would think on a case by case they look at it .. it was 2 months ago . I was in aware . I have no problem waiting the 90 days if I want to re activate it . But it’s not like I’m constantly activating and deactivating which is what the cool down is suppose to prevent.. so someone should help me

The cool down for deactivated cross save I get because of people that abused account recovery’s for trials . So wait the 90 days . But buying silver 2 months ago . I mean what does bungie think we are gonna buy silver deactivate an account to take over the destiny universe? We are bungie we love to make money off micro transactions and since you bought into our greed .. we are gonna punish you for it by making you wait 90 days to deactivate cross save. You spent 60 for the game 100 a year for dlc plus micro transactions.. you gave us all this money but NO your punished.. bungie is crazy with this.

For my bank at least the 90 day cut off is where you then need to get police or other authorities involved for charges/chargebacks, I assume the same applies to other banks/regions so by having that 90 day cooldown someone cant then claim they were fraudulently charged and do a chargeback then argue with Bungie it wasn't them that did it.

I understand it’s frustrating but it’s a security feature that Bungie deemed necessary and there’s no way to bypass it.
