Appeal for Bungie Account Suspension

To BUNGIE HELP, I am writing to appeal the suspension of my Bungie account, which is associated with BUNGIE ID: OR3NGE#3159. On the morning of April 26, 2024, I tried to log in to the game as usual, but found that I was accidentally disconnected and was subsequently banned from entering the game. I'm confused by this decision because I'm sure I'm not violating any of Bungie's terms of service or community guidelines. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and solutions through official channels, I'm having trouble accessing Bungie Help or the Bungie Help Forum using my primary account. This obstacle left me frustrated and confused because I had never taken advantage of these support services before and couldn't understand why I was suddenly unable to participate in activities related to the official website. I would like to emphasize that I have always adhered to the rules and regulations stated in the game's Terms of Service. Destiny has been a constant source of enjoyment for me throughout countless hours of play, but to have my experience disrupted in this way due to an action is so frustrating! I respectfully request a thorough review of my account and an explanation for the suspension. I'm eager to resolve any misunderstandings or errors that may have led to this situation and resume my participation in the Destiny community. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      The forums cannot be used to appeal any sort of game ban. To appeal a game ban, you need to go to the link provided below. Nobody from Bungie security monitors the forums, so nobody can help you with this. Before sending in your appeal, you should note that there is [b][u]no guarantee of a response[/b][/u] to any ban appeal. If you don't get a response within 30 day working days (Monday - Friday), then it's very likely Bungie has considered your ban correctly placed and will not be removed.
