I have completed all of these steps. The issue is that this is not a new purchase. She has owned the DLC for months. We have played the content on her Hunter and Warlock and can continue to play it. The Titan she made last night simply does not have the quest starter for Season of the Witch. Check the provided Image.. This is clearly a bug brought on by the most recent update. https://imgur.com/Ru8jduq
