that happens when you accept to many. The pop up can pop up more than once per match, if you click on it the 2nd time, it will move your meter but will not count for rewards and if the meter fills before you hit 10 legit then you are locked out

This is not true at all.

I personally have seen the double pop ups every weekend, and fell victim to claiming them and softlocking myself for a week. So please enlighten everyone as to what else would be a cause.

Very interesting I can only recall that happening one but I thought I was careful… Do you have a recommendation on how best not to have that happen?
