Opulent weapons, besides the dungeon ones, were available free to play on the Leviathan during Haunted. Honestly I completely forgot about the three swords and the shotgun were randomly added as focusing options from the War Table with no actual drop source. D1 reprises I don’t count because we haven’t paid for those in D2, I can still boot up D1 and use those version, completely unsunset. This year has been a very bad year for the reprises having a price tag attached, because they were just slapped into focusing options. Or in the case of Reckoning weapons (the not reskinned ones), as rewards for fishing. Ikelos weapons are a weird one because they’ve been reprised twice. Once with Worthy and then again with Dares. Aren’t they also still farmable from Dares outside of the exotic rotator? I know the rewards are on a rotator with that activity so I forget if they’re still in there. It’s so stupid as well, because if ownership of Haunted allowed you to play Presage we wouldn’t have an issue. Because then there would be no potential double dipping like is the case with the Risen gear. If the 3rd versions of the Ikelos weapons are still farmable from dares of eternity we don’t have an issue with those. Risen weapons, A-OK D1 reprises new to D2, not a problem. Opulent and Haunted weapons not being available to those who bought Opulence or Haunted, we have a problem. Same goes for Reckoning weapons, the Opulent Swords and the Shotgun. Undying weapons were and are worthless garbage, they shouldn’t be worth anything in the first place. Got what a -blam!- show of a year. Everything we agree on was released this year, no wonder. They needed loot and just slapped in whatever they had recently made that could be tangentially related without considering the licensing for the weapons. Because technically if you owned the expansions and never played the seasons, you’re getting an exotic mission, 1-2 sets of weapons and armour for nothing.
