I would suggest none at the moment, play the into the light content since it's free and see if you dig it b4 spending money.
You have not played in a long time and the game has changed a lot.

I figured as much, I see the new expansion comes out in June so I think i'll wait to purchase anything.

If I remember correctly, bungie said that you can play final shape being brand new with no prior expansions or something along those lines, that's why I would wait.

There was a lot of talk about if you could use prismatic if you didn't own previous dlcs due to the use of some strand and stasis but bungie confirmed you don't which is why they said you don't need prior expansions.

I bought lightfall to try strand and I like it so far. If I run out of content before the next expansion, I’ll buy beyond the light
