Not with the same rolls. Most were early forsaken rolls that were retired or events. When pulling from collection you have one perk available. I have 3 different uriel gifts arc void and solar taking advantage of the old mod system you could change energy types. So yes keeping them was very good indeed. Only weapons that kept all perks in Collections were Raid legendaries Ikelos Legendaries Trials of the nine legendaries Perfect paradox All other legendaries cant be reaquired due to random rolls or only retained one perk making most outdated. Aka hoarding was good been here since release
