When trying to cross save from Xbox to steam I found that my no longer accessible Xbox account had a negative silver balance. I’ve since gone on my Xbox app via my computer to purchase silver in the hopes it would clear the negative balance but still appears with ‘Resolve 1 Error’. Anyone know how I could rectify this situation?

Did you purchase the Silver using the same account that has a negative balance, and did you purchase enough Silver to cover the entirety of the negative balance?

Did you buy the correct version of it? Xbox has the console version of silver and the Xbox (PC) version. You would also likely need to sign into the account to update its balance as Destiny wont have been told about it yet
