If you are comparing the number of ornaments in Collections with the ones in your Inventory, Ornaments function as unlocks not consumables. If you have Ace of Spades, you can examine it, look at its cosmetic options and change it to the Last Hand look, off and on as many times as you want. So that's where your ornaments 'are', if they are showing as unlocked, you find them on that weapon itself, in its cosmetic slot options. it doesn't matter that you don't see Last Hand, etc, in your inventory like the other ornaments, that's just where they sit as an item when you first obtain them. What is the significance of the Cayde 6 mission? If you mean the 'Timelines', these are three specific missions meant to help new players catch up with certain story beats, this was added recently. Yeah, you will see these even if you completed them back in the day. The game has moved on a long way from when you left off, gear has a major overhaul. Just scrap them and replace them, literally anything you find will be better.
