They should buff it to have more synergy with the titan glaive.
Currently it blinds enemies that walk into the bubble, but what if guarding with the glaive blinded all nearby enemies and gave you a boost to melee damage with the glaive when you blind an enemy.

I think that'd work though it'd have to not work in pvp or at least the blinding part
