You had a turret in the ADU - Bungie are aware of it.
2 most likely situations that seem to be the causes
- Someone in your FT either pushed the turret into it intentionally or accidentally using a finisher
- You had a tormentor slam at someone next to it and moved it

Thank you! Will be more mindful of the turret. We had a tormenter right before boss battle.
