Alot of titan exotics dont get used because if any where good, Hunters would complain and it would get nerfed

I somewhat disagree mainly due to void specific exotics on titan mostly being underwhelming, aside from that I think the good to bad ratio of exotics is balanced throughout the classes.

Really? I could give you examples of my statement? Thundercrash, Hunters complained about the area damage, a month later nerfed Hunters complained titans arc was to dominant in trials, a little later, the entire subclass got nerfed. Hunters where complaing about wards, just a little later, nerf. Peacekeepers, dunemarchers, greaves. Ursla, and feedback, ramparts etc etc every time Hunters cried about it, it got heavy nerfed

Within titan exotics the void specific ones are generally bad compared to subclass specific for non void elements, overall out of the titan exotics there is a balance of good and bad exotics (all exotic should be good). All classes have a mixture of exotics that are good and bad. A lot of exotics in general don't get used because they genuinely suck such as citans rampart and alpha lupi or they are less effective than alternative options such as mask of the quiet one is less effective than an orb generation build and how no back up plan is less useful than a destabilizing rounds/repulsar brace shotgun with doomfangs. People won't use things they don't like and things that are bad, other people complaining doesn't dictate what the individual chooses to do.
