Looks great though, it has some niche usage I think but it should be a little stronger imo

It's use has massively gone down sadly. In pve it's actually better off being used with the action glaive and is barely useful with the super and in pvp the overshield is basically just a normal bastion overshield which means the buff rarely helps the blinding is nice but most counters to bubble don't require sitting in the bubble for more than like 0.5 seconds anyways.

Yeah I would also say that void is one of the weaker Titan subclasses in pve anyway so it would really need a banger exotic to help it out, especially when you consider strand and solar which can both excel without an exotic. Synthos or worm gods help a lot but the base kit is so good anyway
