Just make every gun craftable is essentially what you're saying. And before you say no it's not, yes it is.

Even so, would be better than the garbage rng system Bungie has right now at least.

It no longer becomes RNG when everything is craftable. Even red borders with those season pass tokens and being able to guarantee red borders at reset. I know RNG isn't great for everyone but this would be a terrible idea and just dilute the loot pool to the point any type of grind is meaningless. And if you haven't worked it out yet, Boy oh Boy do Bungie want us to grind.
