Recluse quest doesn’t work in vow of the desciple
The quest says that you can finish it anywhere in the system and I went into Vow of the disciple to finish it and it didn’t update at all. I played it about six times and didn’t go up from 90% where it was originally when I started.

There are some activities, such as Raids, dungeons, etc, where bounty progress does not progress while defeating enemies to ease the load on servers. Encounters such as the Abyss and Ir Yût do not count progress to the massive amount of enemies.
