I bought Lightfall last night, and I was playing today with some friends when they told me I should join them for seasonal quests. I noticed that I did not have the same quests on my featured as them, and when I checked my season pass I just straight up did not have the seasonal pass. I also looked on the help form and it stated that I *CANNOT* file a help form related to DLC purchases. I don't want to waste more money on buying the season pass, is there any way to solve this problem?

Edited by EckyThump: 4/21/2024 9:51:17 AMHey there, crimson.report shows a Season of the Wish season pass on your inactive Steam account, which is dormant due to PSN being your Active account in the cross-save setup. https://crimson.report/4611686018443551726/4611686018536616910 Season passes get tied to the Active characters on the platform where you purchase it. That means you bought it on Steam first, tying the pass to Steam, and then cross-saved to make your PSN the Active account. Your Steam account became dormant, and took the pass with it. If you'd cross-save first, buying it on Steam would have given the pass to your PSN characters, as they'd be the Active set. You looked at the help forms and it mentioned you can't use it for DLC, however season passes are not counted as DLC, they are classified under 'Eververse items and add-ons', and so the Eververse / Missing Add-on form is valid. Note however that Bungie will only act on their own discretion, as the pass is not 'missing' per se, it's right there on your Steam character set, where you bought it. So you're asking for it to be moved to your PSN set.
