It's super strange, he plays on steam and has his character but when he logs in on the web with steam he has nothing. What could it be? This makes it impossible for him to use external websites like DIM. The name he shows in the game on steam is alegimrod#2024 and when he starts on steam with the web it is alegimrod#9027.
