Tormentor in dreaming city ... ???
When you do the blight public event on dreaming city and make it heroic then a freakin tormentor spawns ..
Not the usual big taken knight but a tormentor for no reason .
A tormentor has got nothing to do with dreaming city . You don't see cabal there either so why a tormentor on dreaming city ?
Just why ??

Let's see There is Taken , Scorn and non-allied Hive , the bulk of the witnesses forces It isn't a stretch to think it would send enforcers to back them up , it probably still knows what's going on in this dimension
