I recently just came back to playing this game after awhile of not playing. My friends have been guiding me through the "new" part of the game that I have missed. I've been trying to catch up to where they are so I can finally start playing with them again and actually help in raids. I was working on my weapons and my friends all said the best way to get good weapons is with the new (to me at least) weapon crafting at the Enclave. They told me to go for the Apex Predator which Mara Sov was selling. So I first did the quest to unlock the Relic. I made my first weapon and then went to the other bench to see what it did and saw there was nothing there. So I then spent an entire day doing events and grinding so I could buy all 5 Apex Predators. I deconstructed all 5 of them and when back to the Enclave to see that only weapon I could craft still was the first one. So I thought I might have to craft it in the other bench, so I go over and now there was a mission there that wasn't there before. It then told me how Patterns worked and I went to see if now it would work. The Apex Predator was at 0 out of 5. This has really taken the wind out of my sail for playing this game again. I lost a day of grinding due to no fault of my own. I was just wonder if there was maybe a way of getting back the patters for them so I can craft and continue the game?

Edited by Siegfried, the First Saint: 4/19/2024 11:59:30 PM"I deconstructed all 5 of them" sorry, what? There are 3 options, extract, delete and infuse, but infusing gives no pattern of the red border weapon only deleting and extracting. In addition, you only receive the pattern progress after you have completed the crafting introduction (the one with the first witch queen mission and the enigma glaive), all extracted or deleted red border weapons before that do not give a pattern and thus they would be lost And no, deleted items etc. will not be refunded
