How are Void Titans still sitting with the worst Supers in Crucible?

It's been... what, years now, that Void Titans have very little success with utilizing Supers in Crucible. Ward of Dawn only works really well if coupled with a Well, and Bastion still gets one shot by almost any other Super. Never mind if the Super bugs out and you can't do anything. Never mind when the Bastion wall stops nothing, including splash damage from Thundercrash. Never mind when shield slamming another player will still bug out and not do complete (or any) damage. For how much these two Supers sacrifice in terms of mobility, actionability and riposte, it begs wonder why a Void Titan casting a Super and being in melee range of anyone else isn't an immediate threat.

I've mained void titan with ward basically since forsaken. It has been one of the strongest supers in the game at multiple times in pvp. I've killed 3 separate supers using one bubble and wiped whole teams holding a point. Along with well, it's the only other supers that gens guaranteed orbs for your team in the shortest super cooldown. And it is better at holding a point defensively than well. The only consistent threat to bubble is the titan being dumb, a raid exotic, or supers that specifically counter it. If one of these isn't happening, the smartest tactic is to leave it alone. Sentinel is pretty mid, about the same as arcstaff, but bubble is definitely not bad.
