I know this is not really the area for me to submit my concerns about my purchase but after 10 days of trying to get through to customer service with Bungie and getting the same “Please wait 24 to 48 hours after purchase of your item to receive your code.” I’m getting a little annoyed as I initially bought the pin for the emblem. I’ve already received my pin in the mail and there was no code linked to the packaging and I also checked my junk mail to see if the code fell under that inbox by chance and no luck. This is becoming so frustrating seeing as though other people are also having the same issue and there is no way of directly speaking to someone about store merch.
